Troubleshooting

Six checks that stay on the device

A surface does not remember my choice.
Confirm the app has not been reinstalled, cleared or reset. Choices are app-private and do not sync between devices.
I want to start again.
Open About from the edge drawer and use Reset local choices. Android's Clear storage or uninstall controls also remove local state.
Text appears too large or too small.
Adjust Android font and display scaling. The interface follows system text scaling and allows vertical scrolling.
A source link does not open in the app.
This is intentional. URLs are displayed as dated references; the app has no WebView or Internet permission.
I need current event information.
The app is not a current event guide. Use a current channel controlled by authorized organizers outside the app.
I found a release problem.
Use the current developer support contact displayed in the app's Google Play listing and include the app name, version and Android version. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data.

Before contacting support

Protect your own information

Do not send health records, identification documents, financial details, beneficiary information, child information, passwords or signing credentials. The app does not need those categories to troubleshoot fixed local choices.

No response-time promise is made here.

The publisher must confirm and maintain an operational Play support contact before release. This prepared static package cannot by itself verify that an external contact channel is monitored.
